China Mint China Panda 2026 - Gold Coin

The Gold Panda has a purity of 999/1000 and, as official legal tender of the People's Republic of China, has a face value of 10 Yuan.

Since the first release of the "Panda" bullion coin in 1982, it has become a classic among precious metal investment products and has enjoyed a continuously growing international fan base ever since.

The Gold Panda depicts the constant motif of the Temple of Heaven in Beijing on the reverse, which served the Chinese emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties to pray for a good harvest every year. Next to it are the year of mintage and the country of origin, the People's Republic of China, in Chinese characters.

With the 2016 mintage year, the People's Bank of China ended the use of the troy weight system and introduced the metric system.
