Guidelines

Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an email with your discount codes for the respective categories on our website. We will also include a printed copy of your order with the discount codes. It's important to remember to always be logged into your account for the discount codes to be valid.

The codes are deactivated during all special promotional periods, such as company anniversaries, the Marc Gebauer Birthday Special, and Black Friday. Please note that already discounted items are excluded from the Gentlemen's Club benefits at all times.

Scope and duration

• Membership in the Marc Gebauer Lifestyle GmbH club is limited to one year from the date of conclusion of the contract and ends automatically after this period without renewal.

Member benefits

• Members receive a 10% discount on perfumes, excluding Marc Gebauer perfumes.

• Members also receive a 10% discount on items in the Fashion (clothes) and Collectibles/Accessories categories, as well as the Marc Gebauer category, with the exception of perfumes.

• A 1% discount is granted on watches.

• Products from the precious metals category are excluded from club membership discounts .

• Members benefit from free shipping on every order.

• As a welcome gift, new members receive a Gentlemen's Club key ring and a perfume from The House of Oud - Neverending .

• Early access to anniversaries, promotions and Black Friday & perfume releases

• The welcome gift is issued once at the start of membership.

• Items that have already been reduced are also excluded from the promotion.

• If the code violates these regulations, orders will be canceled immediately.

• The codes can only be used if you are logged in. Sharing the codes is prohibited, as they are only linked to the individual registered.

• The value of the welcome gift (€245 for perfume and €234 for the keychain) cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation or expiration of the membership.

• There is no need to cancel your membership as it automatically expires after one year.

• Members can re-register for the club after their current membership expires.

• Marc Gebauer Lifestyle GmbH undertakes to treat members' personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

• Members agree that their personal data may be used to process their membership.

• Marc Gebauer Lifestyle GmbH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of club membership. Changes will be announced at least five days in advance.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

• This membership agreement is subject to the laws of Germany.
