Atelier Des Ors Kawa Karda - Excerpt

Kawa Karda is both substance and certainty. Kawa is reminiscent of coffee in Turkish, while Karda evokes cardamom*, whose letter K is derived from the Greek kardamômon. But Kawa Karda is also an abstraction. It resonates with Kawaakari, the Japanese word that describes the glow of a river in the dark and the glimmer of moonlight on water at dusk.

Through conquests and voyages of discovery, coffee found its way into the pockets of adventurers, filled the holds of merchant ships, and carried within it the thrill of discovery and the taste of distant horizons. This creation celebrates a powerful, captivating, and contrasting coffee, refined by fresh and vibrant cardamom. Rich in exceptional natural ingredients, this extract, crafted at a concentration of 40%, enhances every single note and intensifies its clarity and expressiveness.
